We offer three pricing models: (1) Fixed-price — a defined scope with a fixed cost, ideal for well-specified projects; (2) Time & Materials — you pay for hours worked, flexible for evolving scopes; (3) Dedicated team — a monthly retainer for a dedicated developer or team. Yes. Standard payment terms are a 40% deposit on project start, 40% at milestone sign-off, and 20% on launch. For larger projects, we can structure milestone-based payments across the project. We accept bank transfer and credit card.

All quoted prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%). VAT is applied to invoices issued to UAE-registered entities as required by the Federal Tax Authority. Clients outside the UAE are typically not subject to UAE VAT.

The initial deposit is non-refundable once work begins. If a project is cancelled at a milestone, you pay for work completed to date. We always deliver documented work-in-progress so you are never left empty-handed. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Yes. Our annual maintenance contracts (AMC) cover hosting management, CMS/plugin updates, security patching, uptime monitoring, regular backups, and a fixed number of support hours per month. AMC clients receive priority support and discounted development rates for change requests.

A simple business website takes 4–6 weeks. A standard corporate website with custom design takes 8–12 weeks. A complex web application can take 3–6 months. Timelines begin after the design is approved and the deposit is received.
